Dale and Mary recently bought a small retirement home about a mile from our beloved B&B. We are working to update our forever home and the B&B every day. At least temporarily, we have stopped taking reservations. Our website will stay up because we are not sure if we or possibly new owners will resume with our traditional full service Bed and Breakfast in the near future. Minimum Stay Requirements
Please note that we require a 2 night minimum stay. We need this to be able to offer a friendly and relaxed visit for both you and us. Thank you.
Our Policies
Our home is 100% non-smoking. Please no smoking, candles or incense.
No-Shoes Policy: Please help keep our home clean by leaving your sandy shoes in the foyer if you have been on the beach or muddy trails. Feel free to bring your slippers or use our freshly washed slippers.
Any damage done to our property by guests is the responsibility of the person making the reservation, and by your confirmation of these policies, you agree to make restitution for any such damage.
Check-in time is between 4 p.m. and 9 p.m. unless you let us know otherwise; check-out time is 11 a.m.
Maximum occupancy is two guests per room.
Sorry, we cannot accommodate pets. We have a young puppy, Daisy. She is not allowed on the third floor where the guest bedrooms are located. Daisy is not on the second floor (Kitchen and Dining areas) during breakfast.
Please give us as much notice as possible for cancellations. Last minute cancellations may incur a fee; it depends on the circumstances. Call us for details.
An 11.5% lodging tax to the county and state will be added at checkout.
