- Our home is 100% non-smoking. Please no candles or incense.
- No-Shoe Policy: Please help keep our home clean by leaving your shoes
in the foyer (feel free to bring your slippers).
- Any damage done to our property by guests is the responsibility of the
person making the reservation, and by your confirmation of these
policies, you agree to make restitution for any such damage.
- Check-in time is 4:00PM; checkout time is 11:00AM.
- Maximum occupancy is 2 persons per room; additional guests are $40 per
person.
- Children 10 years and older are welcome.
- Sorry, we cannot accommodate pets.
- A $10 charge will be added for lost keys.
- Cancellations require seven (7) days notice to avoid a charge. Bookings
of one to three nights are charged for one night; bookings of four nights
or more are charged for two nights. Cancellation charges can be used as
a lodging credit for new reservation dates within 6 months of the
cancellation.
- A 1% Oregon lodging tax will be added at checkout.
- All policies are subject to change without notice.

Reservations
Our Policies
Our rates are between $140 and $160 per night, double occupancy, including a full breakfast. A 1% Oregon state lodging tax will be added at checkout.

When you reserve three or more nights from November through April we will
give you one night's stay free. Just reserve three or more nights during those
months and we will automatically deduct one night when you check out.
Winter Special: Stay 3 Nights - Get 1 Night Free!
Please note that during our high season (June through September) we require
a two-night minimum stay.
